It seems as though InMotion ticks all of the boxes. The overall goodwill available online was pretty impressive and there were definitely some recurring themes amongst this feedback.
InMotion was competitive in pricing, uptime, usability and most of the usual criteria for web host. Where it was most impressive was in terms of customer service and tech support. The reviews were overwhelmingly positive across the board in these categories. When you think about it, any one can provide a server for you to host a site (even at no cost) but what you are really paying for is security, and customer service for when you need it.

The user reviews were mostly positive with a couple of terrible experiences. For the most part it seemed these were once off issues, and probably could be attributed to the user as well. I think the bad ratings were the exception rather than the rule.

InMotion Hosting is a run-of-the-mill web hosting service in every sense of the word; the service proves to be nothing more than average when it comes to hosting packages, features and support options. Whether you want to host a personal webpage or business website, InMotion Hosting will get the job done, but don’t expect fancy features or premium support along the way.

InMotion provides two plans: One for personal hosting and one for business class. The personal hosting is vastly inferior to business class hosting, despite being cheaper. You have to pay for two years in advance and have a 30 day money back guarantee, so it is not a great option for most people. If you just want personal hosting for a blog or small site, InMotion does not provide the best service for the best price.

A very positive reaction across the board. Particularly good considering people are more motivated to post bad reviews opposed to good ones and a 90%+ score after 848 reviews means the company must be doing something right.

I question how the webhosting hero arrived at the score of 10/10 (I thinks its closer to 9) but the reviews were again very positive. No major complaints in the recent history on the site.

There are both pros and cons with InMotion Hosting but in overall, we think InMotion is outstanding
